     Dry buttermilk prices are steady on the bottom of both the range and mostly series, yet
     prices are a bit higher at the top of the range and top of the mostly series. Some industry
     contacts report prices are potentially aligning towards NDM pricing. Market conditions are
     mixed. Trading activity is steady to moderate. Bakery and confectionary demands are stable.
     Dry buttermilk production schedules are steady. The majority of manufacturers� supplies are
     committed to Q3 and Q4 contracted orders.

     The DMN monthly average of the range price series for West dry buttermilk during July was
     $0.9261, compared to $ 0.9222 a month ago.

     Prices for: Western U.S., All First Sales, F.O.B., Conventional, and Edible Buttermilk
