SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York egg prices are unchanged.  Regional and California egg prices are 
unchanged.  The undertone is mostly steady to fully steady.  Supplies range 
light to at times heavy.  Offerings are light to available, generally moderate.  
Retail demand is light to good, usually light to moderate.  Food service demand 
is light to moderate.  Market activity continues slow to moderate.  Breaking 
stock supplies are moderate to heavy for normal to extended breaking schedules.  
Light hen offerings are moderate for a light and unaggressive demand.
